Fasting Day One - Mon 1/18

Zechariah 8:19
"Thus says the Lord of hosts:
The fast of the fourth month,
The fast of the fifth,
The fast of the seventh,
And the fast of the tenth,
Shall be joy and gladness and cheerful feasts
For the house of Judah.
Therefore love truth and peace."

Praise the Lord! I made it through day one. So far, no complications...just hungry! So hungry, I could lick the bottom of a empty marshmellow bag right now! But I'm doing fine. Each day, I will highlight a passage that relates to fasting.
