Isaiah 58:5
Is it a fast that I have chosen, A day for a man to afflict his soul? Is it to bow down his head like a bulrush, and to spread out sackcloth and ashes? Would you call this a fast, and an acceptable day to the Lord?
Day 10? Wow! 10 Days and counting. I had prayed in hopes of making day 3 or 4 and now its 10? Praise the Lord! I have not felt better in years. I have notice my hands get cold at night, but other than that...no problems. I pray that God warms your heart (and hands) as you continue your fast this week.
